2027 Annual Enrollment will begin on September 28, 2026
All elections are for the calendar year. There is no mid year termination allowed. This is an ERISA Plan. Once enrolled on the plan, you will receive a confirmation statement within 7 days of enrollment
If you MUST cancel/change coverage, it must be due to a qualifying event. A 30 day written notice is required, failure to do so will result in premium taken. All elections made are for that particular year (ie 2025 or 2026). Any drafts returned will result in an additional $55 fee. This is an ERISA plan.
