Open Enrollment will begin on October 1,2025  The enrollment period will be from 10/1 - 10/18.  All communication materials will be sent directly to you no later than October 1, 2025.

As always we will request that you review your information and update any banking or credit card forms or beneficiaries as well. 

New this year will be actual direct calls/communications and texts to each of you individually.  There will also be a QR code in the next several weeks that will allow you to set up appointments and enrollment information...

All Participants will be required to participate in open enrollment. 

Remember it is always a good time to update your payment method as well.  - ACH/Credit Card.
