Open Enrollment will begin on Oct 3, 2022.  The enrollment period will be from 10/3 - 10/21.  All communication materials will be sent directly to you no later than OCtober 3, 2022.

As always we will request that you review your information and update any banking or credit card forms or beneficiaries as well.  You will be able to email us or fax your forms back to us from your emails.

 We appreciate everyone's patience during this annual enrollment.
